Master’s athletic teams full of scholars

The Master's College had seven of its ten athletic teams named 2007-08 scholar teams by The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics.

The seven teams were apart of over 750 squads across the country that earned at least a 3.0 cumulative grade point average during the academic year.

TMC squads included women's tennis (3.55 GPA), men's and women's soccer (3.34 GPA's), women's volleyball (3.30 GPA) and women's cross country (3.27 GPA).

The overall GPA of TMC's athletic department was 3.20.

Baseball open try-outs

The Coyotes 12-under and 10-under travel baseball teams will be holding open try-outs on Sunday July 27th and Sunday August 3 at the Canyon Country Little league field No. 5.

12U try-outs will be from 9-10:30 a.m. and the 10U try-outs will be from 10:30-Noon both days.
